Achieving full participation through Universal Design (2009)
Universal design is a strategy to make environments, products, technologies and services of information and communication accessible and usable by all, including people with disabilities. The application of the principles of Universal Design to general measures and solutions as early as first steps of their elaboation optimizes their realization. This report defines the principles of Universal Design, proposes recommendations for its implementation, as well as examples of good practices practical.
Communicate for all: Guide for accessible information (2018)
This guide is the result of work carried out by public actors, researchers and associations involved in literacy, access to information, social participation and citizenship issues. It suggests practices for all those who wish to design information accessible to all. [only available in French]
